These Terms & Conditions govern the use of nusaeats.com and the purchase of products from NusaEats B.V., registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
- An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
3. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. NusaEats does not store your payment card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and rates vary by shipping zone. See our Delivery page for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
5. Returns & Refunds
- You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@nusaeats.com.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Perishable or opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and product designs — is the intellectual property of NusaEats B.V. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
NusaEats is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
