What makes NusaEats different from other snack bars? +
NusaEats bars are crafted with authentic Indonesian superfoods like tempeh, coconut, and tropical fruits. Each bar is vegan, gluten-free, and made with minimal processing to preserve natural nutrients and bold tropical flavours.
Are your bars really vegan and gluten-free? +
Yes! All NusaEats bars are 100% plant-based and gluten-free. We use only natural, whole-food ingredients with no artificial additives, preservatives, or refined sugars.
Where do you source your ingredients? +
Our core ingredients are ethically sourced from Indonesian farming communities. We work directly with local cooperatives in Bali, Java, and Sumatra to ensure fair-trade practices and peak freshness.
Do your products contain allergens? +
Some of our products contain tree nuts (coconut, cashew). All allergens are clearly listed on each product page and on the packaging. Our production facility handles nuts and soy.
How do I place an order? +
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe.
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@nusaeats.com. Once the order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
Where do you ship? +
We currently ship to all EU countries, with plans to expand to the UK, Switzerland and Scandinavia. Check our delivery page for the latest zones and rates.
How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery within the EU takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available in select countries. Free shipping on orders over €50.
Is free shipping available? +
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above €50 within the EU.
